A healthy breakfast, need I say more.


Made this for the hubby for breakfast today. 

Started with a warmed whole spelt (5 ingredients or less) shell, topped with our scrambled pasture raised chicken eggs, green/red/yellow peppers, fresh garlic, onion, parsley, chopped tomato, a slice of bacon, and some spinach and added just a touch of salt and pepper to taste.  These were all organic and this is for sure a keeper :D  Delicious and very easy to make!
